Workshop Repair
We have fully equipped workshop, whose headquarters is based in Dublin, staffed by experienced and certified engineers who can source and resolve problems, repairing all of your equipment and faulty devices using system diagnostics, completed to expert standard.
SAN Health Check
If you are experiencing performance or speed issues with your SAN and or require assistance with upgrading the firmware or flare code, our specialised engineers can provide support, advice, options and on site implementation of changes as required.
Deployment Services
Pre-Delivery Staging Services & Client Installation
Prior to the installation of physical equipment, we can advise and assist with Project Planning, Project Management, configuration of systems and equipment, building of systems and equipment, testing & validation, inventory/asset management, storage, and dispatch.
We support our clients with a range of deployment services, including Windows PC deployment and thin-client environment. Our solutions focused engineers and solutions will assist with the deployment and configuration of new client systems utilising network-based methodologies to deliver efficiencies of scale.
Custom Configuration and Asset Management
From our dedicated production workshop, we provide complete customised configuration including asset labelling, BIOS changes, customised hardware upgrades, and operating systems deployment across both client and enterprise systems. We can capture and deploy your build to scale using a variety of standardised industry delivery methods.
We will take care of and manage your IT assets on your behalf, making it easy for you to identify, track, secure and recover your hardware when you require.
Work-from-Home
We understand that employees may work from home due to our changed working and office environment. Working remotely has also changed how IT teams work as there is a move away from the centralised office. At Khiron, we understand that our customers need more help and technical support in remote locations, our support extends from the central office location to the remote/offsite home office space.
Our technical experts operate nationwide and are an extension of the customer’s on-site support teams. Our support service helps to resolve some of the challenges remote working creates, including on-and off-boarding of staff. This includes staff who have never worked on-site.
Server & Storage Installation Services
